Altitude's Send feature allows you to move funds to external bank accounts or crypto wallets with zero fees. You can send to:
Bank accounts via ACH, ACH Same Day, wire, or SEPA
Solana wallet addresses
To send payments to multiple recipients at once, see Batch Payments.
Bank Transfers
To make a bank transfer:
From the Treasury dashboard, select Send.
Select Bank transfer.
Choose the recipient from your contact book, or add a New contact.
Select the payment method:
ACH, ACH Same Day, or wire (US bank accounts)
SEPA (EU bank accounts)
Choose the sub-account to send the payment from.
Enter the payment amount.
Enter a payment reference to share with the recipient (optional).
Select Review to check details, add an internal note if needed, then click Initiate.
A new proposal will appear in Approvals to be voted on and executed.
Note: Bank transfers are only available for verified accounts. Recipients will see Bridge (a Stripe company) listed as the sender, as Bridge powers payment orchestration. Use payment references to help recipients identify your payment (e.g. referencing an invoice number).
Crypto Transfers
To make a crypto transfer:
From the Treasury dashboard, select Send.
Select Crypto.
Choose the recipient from your contact book or add a new contact. When adding a contact, the stablecoin address must be a Solana address.
Choose the sub-account to send the payment from.
Enter the payment amount.
Review payment details, add a note for internal use (optional), and click Initiate.
A new proposal will appear in Approvals to be voted on and executed.
Payment Confirmations
Download a PDF confirmation for any completed bank transfer. Share with recipients or other parties as proof of payment.
Navigate to Inflows & Outflows.
Select a completed bank transfer.
Click Download Confirmation.
The PDF includes:
Sender and beneficiary details
Amount and fee
Payment method (e.g. ACH Same Day)
Transaction ID and onchain signature
Status and timestamps
