The Send feature lets you move funds out of Altitude to bank accounts or crypto wallets with zero fees.

From the Treasury Dashboard, you can use Send to transfer to:

  1. Bank accounts that accept ACH, ACH Same Day, wire, or SEPA transfers.

  2. Any Solana wallet address

Send is for external payments, transfers that leave the Altitude platform. To move funds between your Altitude sub-accounts see this article.

How make a bank transfer

To make a bank transfer:

  1. From the Treasury Dashboard, select Send.

  2. Select Bank transfer.

  3. Choose the recipient from your contact book, or add a New contact.

  4. Select the payment method:

    • ACH, ACH Same Day, or Wire (US bank accounts)

    • SEPA (EU bank accounts)

  5. Choose the sub-account to send the payment from.

  6. Enter the payment amount.

  7. Enter a payment reference that will be shared with the recipient (optional).

  8. Select Review to check details, add an internal note if needed, then click Initiate.

  9. A new proposal will appear in the Approvals page to be voted on and executed.

Notes:

  1. Bank transfers are only available for verified accounts.

  2. Recipients of bank transfers from your Altitude account will see Bridge (a Stripe company) listed as the sender, as Bridge powers our payment orchestration. This is where it’s useful to use payment references, such as referencing an invoice being paid.

How to make a crypto transfer

To make an external crypto transfer:

  1. Select Send from the Treasury Dashboard.

  2. Select Crypto.

  3. Choose the recipient from your contact book or add a new contact. When adding a contact, the stablecoin address used must be a Solana address.

  4. Choose the sub-account to send the payment from.

  5. Enter the payment amount.

  6. Review payment details, add a note for internal use and click initiate.

  7. This will create a new proposal in the Approvals page to be voted on and executed.
