Altitude is available for businesses in over 150 countries. Before getting started, check Supported Countries to see if your business is in a supported region.
Getting started with Altitude
Go to Altitude's homepage to start the account creation process:
Select Create account and enter your business email.
A confirmation link will be sent to your inbox. Open it and click Confirm email to verify.
You'll be redirected to Altitude to sign in. Re-enter your business email and click Continue.
Check your inbox for a one-time password (OTP). Copy the six-digit code.
Paste the code into the sign-in page.
Name your workspace and click Finish.
Start the verification process (KYB).
Necessary Documents and Information
To verify your business account, you'll be redirected to Persona to upload documents and information.
KYB (Know Your Business) verification requires:
Legal business name
Business registration and operation details, including expected transaction volumes
EIN (Employer Identification Number)
UBO (Ultimate Beneficial Owner) names and emails for anyone owning 25% or more
Formation documents (e.g. Articles of Incorporation, Certificate of Formation)
Proof of business activity (e.g. supplier invoices, website, contracts, financial statements)
Once all documentation and UBO information has been received, your account should be verified within two business days. Your verification status is displayed in the top right corner of Altitude.
Important notes:
Use a physical business address, not a virtual address. The address must be in a supported country or your application may not be approved. You may be asked for proof of address (POA).
Ultimate Beneficial Owners (UBOs) will receive verification emails directly from Persona to complete identity verification.
Before verification is complete
While your account is under review, you can:
Add team members
Configure account settings
Add wallet-address contacts (bank details require verification)
Send and receive stablecoin transfers
Additional features unlock after verification based on your region.
